Despite over 150 rallies nationwide opposing Keystone la,st night, the Senate is only four votes shy of overriding the President's veto. That's too close 4 comfort, tell your Senators to sustain the veto.

Friend,

Yesterday I attended one of the many rallies that took place across the country calling on President Obama to kill the Keystone XL Pipeline bill. We were all fired up and ready to stand up for our planet. Even an NYPD officer who was assigned to keep an eye on us informed me that he stands with us on this fight. As succesessful as the rallies were, we were cognizant that as of yesterday, the Senate needs only four more votes to override a Presidential veto.1

That is WAY too close 4 comfort. We need to keep the pressure on our Senators so they know that when it comes to this climate killing bill it's time to "Just Say No." We can't let a bunch of Koch heads to continue our country's dangerous addiction to fossil fuels.  That's why I am asking you to please tell your Senators to sustain the veto now, even before the bill is passed.

Nearly 20,000 of you have already taken action, but we still have a ways to go if we are going to kill Keystone XL for good. The Keystone Koch heads are not relinquishing their push to build the pipeline.

This is no time to be complacent. Our climate, environment and future generations are counting on us to continue the fight for climate justice. It's time to unleash the Green Grim Reaper on Keystone, but we can't do it without you. Please help us win this fight by telling your Senators to sustain the veto.

The finish line is within our grasp and we are so close to declaring victory. Let's see this fight through to the end.

Thank You,

Anthony for the Environmental Action Crew
